The Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator is part of the Infra Services team. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining the O365 and Azure infrastructure in the various regions, ensuring that systems and networking remain operational, and users can work optimally on their devices. The role is to support the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and all information systems. The Microsoft O365/Azure Administrator is a part of an international IT team, reporting directly to the ODI IT Infrastructure Services Manager.

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who enjoys helping our users across the globe when they have IT related requests, concerns, or difficulties. As an IT Support Specialist, you will deliver full IT support to our staff by ensuring an optimal user experience by handling and coordinating tickets, training users, and identifying possibilities for structural improvements. You chase down these tickets on behalf of users. This position reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager. Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, solid customer service experience, a strong sense of ownership, and a positive drive.
